Although you should enjoy clear skies and sunshine when trekking in these months, the weather in the mountains is unpredictable and you should be prepared for all seasons.\u00a0 Remember too that, with altitude gain, the temperature drops and nights at high altitude are often below freezing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Luxury camping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trekking in Bhutan is all camp-based: there are no guest-houses for overnight stays, as there are in Nepal. All camping gear and supplies for the trek are carried on pack horses or yaks. You will be accompanied by an experienced trekking crew who set up camp each afternoon, and a chef, who prepares all meals for the trekkers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Camping gear provided<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cottage tent with camp bed, mattress and carpet. Single tents are available at no extra cost.<\/li>\n<li>Separate dining tent with tables, chairs, lights and gas heater<\/li>\n<li>Toilet tent<\/li>\n<li>Hot water for washing in the evening and morning<\/li>\n<li>First Aid kit<\/li>\n<li>Sleeping bag and pillow<\/li>\n<li>Extra blanket<\/li>\n<li>Water-proof duffle bag<\/li>\n<li>Bath towels and face towels<\/li>\n<li>Flash light and head light<\/li>\n<li>Hot water bottle<\/li>\n<li>Head-torch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Packing list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following items are recommended for a trekking trip.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Waterproof walking boots that have been worn in before the trip<\/li>\n<li>Trainers or other comfortable shoes for use in the camp<\/li>\n<li>Hiking socks<\/li>\n<li>Quick dry hiking pants<\/li>\n<li>Waterproof jacket<\/li>\n<li>Waterproof over-trousers<\/li>\n<li>T shirts or collared shirts<\/li>\n<li>Cap\/sunhat<\/li>\n<li>Beanie<\/li>\n<li>Down or other warm jacket<\/li>\n<li>Thermal top and leggings<\/li>\n<li>Fleece or other warm top<\/li>\n<li>Gloves<\/li>\n<li>Scarf or neck warmer<\/li>\n<li>Day pack with rain cover<\/li>\n<li>Solar charging unit or battery pack<\/li>\n<li>Walking poles<\/li>\n<li>Re-usable water bottles or water bladder for daypack<\/li>\n<li>Favourite snacks<\/li>\n<li>Sunscreen, lip balm and personal medical kit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Daypack<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your main trekking gear will be carried on pack horses. You will need to carry a day pack, containing waterproof and warm clothes, in case of a sudden change in the weather, water, snacks, sunscreen, your camera, any medicine or other personal items. You should ensure your daypack has a rain cover.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Luggage<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
